SurfSkate UK, Warranty and Exchange/Return Policy
WARRANTY
All SurfSkate products are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defect for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover products damaged by normal wear and abuse, alteration by owner, intentional breakage, damage from aerial tricks, accidents, wear or chipping of the edges from riding, or damages caused by uses other than the intended.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER
New, unused products must be returned or exchanged with a receipt to the place of purchase in accordance with the store’s return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may exchange or return the product within 14 days of the original delivery date. Product must be unused and in original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee plus Outbound shipping costs deducted – £11, (£20 for EU and UK offshore islands Deliveries). If the Item has been used, unfortunately we will have to return the item back to you and you will have to pay shipping costs to receive it back, we will only accept a used return if it is faulty.
For non UK Customers it is your responsibility to pay the import duties and taxes that where removed at checkout and you need to do so in the timescale that is applicable for your country before the customs return the product back to us. If you do not pay the taxes and the board is returned to us, you are liable for the delivery cost to attempt a second delivery. If you notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date that the taxes have not been paid we still refund when the skate arrives back at our warehouse. If you don’t notify us within 14 days, we will not refund the purchase but attempt a second delivery as above.
To make an exchange, please email andy@surfskate.co.uk with subject line EXCHANGE and include in the body of your email your full name, order number, product description, reason for exchange, and which product you desire.
To return your product, please email andy@surfskate.co.uk with subject line RETURN and include in the body of your email your full name, order number, product description and reason for return.
Upon exchange/return approval, you will receive an email with directions on where to send the product. Please pack all products VERY carefully, please use the packaging that the board was sent in and ensure the board is wrapped in the anti-scratch foam. You should use a shipping company that offers shipment tracking, we recommend Parcelforce. You can use a courier service such as www.parcelmonkey.co.uk to obtain a cheaper shipping price. SurfSkate UK is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping.
Once received, we will contact you to let you know the status of your exchange/return. If your return is approved, you will be credited for the purchase, less 10% restocking fee and outbound shipping costs as outlined above.
